HOUSE OF HACKNEY TEAMS UP WITH 4 ROADS TO CREATE AN EXPERIENTIAL DESIGN SERVICE AT THEIR FLAGSHIP STORE

Self-Service experts 4 Roads have created an experiential design consultation service for House of Hackney, a British luxury interiors and lifestyle brand.

In House of Hackney’s new flagship store in East London, visitors will benefit from an innovative “phygital”, physical and digital, experience. The specifically created moodboard by 4 Roads situated in “The Playroom” will allow customers of the brand to “visualise dream concepts on a true-to-life scale” and layer and touch fabric, wallpaper and paint in real life.

House of Hackney consultants and customers will be able to create “product shortlists at home or in store that can be projected on The Playroom walls using 4 Roads innovation to help in decision making.

In a recent study, Toolstation found 56% of renovators admitted they wouldn’t attempt to renovate any part of their home themselves again due to the difficulties they encountered.

Javvy Royle, founder of House of Hackney said: “This new chapter and our move to St Michael’s felt like the right time to craft a piece of technology that brought our collections to life and enhanced our customers’ experience.” House of Hackney has always thought outside of the box and although they are inspired by the craftmanship and artistry of the past, they want to support this ground-breaking innovation commented Royle

“This new experience will take House of Hackney’s customer service to the next level,” said Rob Nash, founder and CEO at 4 Roads. This is their first experiential retail project and they are delighted to be working with such a respected brand.
