ACE 2027 TO DEBUT AESTHETICS BUSINESS SHOW AS INDUSTRY SEEKS STRONGER OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

A new industry platform aimed at strengthening the commercial foundations of medical aesthetics businesses is set to launch in the UK, reflecting growing demand for structured business support across a rapidly expanding sector.

The Aesthetics Business Show will debut alongside the 12th annual Aesthetics Conference & Exhibition (ACE) on 12–13 March 2027, bringing together an estimated 3,450 clinic owners, doctors, nurses, dentists and medical practitioners at the Business Design Centre in London.

Positioned as a dedicated forum for the operational and financial development of aesthetics clinics, the event signals a shift within the industry towards professionalisation and long-term business sustainability. While clinical innovation has driven much of the sector’s growth, increasing regulatory scrutiny, competition and patient expectations are placing greater emphasis on governance, compliance and commercial strategy.

Organisers say the show will operate within its own hall, featuring a curated exhibition alongside two specialist business theatres. These will focus on key areas including strategy, finance, marketing, compliance, leadership and operational scaling, as well as themes such as women in business and cross-sector innovation.

The programme is designed to address the full lifecycle of an aesthetics business — from launch and early-stage growth to expansion and eventual exit planning — reflecting the maturing nature of the market and the need for more sophisticated management approaches.

In addition to formal sessions, the event will incorporate interactive elements such as an Association Zone, mentoring initiatives and networking formats aimed at facilitating connections between clinic operators and solution providers. Insights from finalists and winners of The Aesthetics Awards, alongside contributions from business leaders beyond the sector, are expected to broaden the strategic perspective available to attendees.

The Aesthetic Business Show at ACE will be a new dedicated forum designed to support the commercial success and long-term growth of aesthetic practices.

For exhibitors, the event offers direct engagement with senior decision-makers across clinics, positioning suppliers as long-term partners rather than transactional vendors in an increasingly competitive ecosystem.

Shannon Kilgariff, Event Director and Publisher at Aesthetics by Easyfairs, said the launch reflects a structural shift in industry priorities. “The Aesthetics Business Show represents a new shift in our field, as we aim to deliver meaningful insight and practical solutions for our community. Feedback from our ever-evolving specialty shows that professionals are increasingly seeking stronger business support, and Aesthetics is committed to providing exactly that. We’re excited to shine a much-needed spotlight on business and launch the show at ACE 2027. We are eager to connect with any forward-thinking companies and speakers who would like to be part of the event and help us create a powerful platform for supporting business in aesthetics.”

The event will culminate with The Aesthetics Awards, held after the second day of ACE 2027, recognising excellence across both clinical practice and business performance within the sector.

Kilgariff added, “It will be fantastic to round off two days of learning and networking at The Aesthetics Business Show by celebrating the community at The Aesthetics Awards. Often described as the Oscars of medical aesthetics, they are the UK’s most respected and longest-standing awards in the sector, welcoming 850 attendees. It is a privilege to bring the leaders of the field together in one room and to recognise the outstanding individuals and businesses from across the UK.”

As the UK’s medical aesthetics market continues to expand, the introduction of a dedicated business-focused platform underscores a broader transition: from a practitioner-led industry to one increasingly defined by structured growth strategies, operational resilience and long-term enterprise value.
