GLOBAL GASTRONOMY MEETS BRITISH HOSPITALITY IN NEW CLERMONT–RAMSAY DEAL

Clermont Hotel Group partners with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global to elevate guest dining experiences

Clermont Hotel Group (CHG) has announced a major new strategic partnership with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, bringing one of the world’s most recognisable culinary brands into the British hotel group’s iconic portfolio.

CHG, already home to a strong collection of leading London hotels, has built a reputation for evolving alongside the demands of modern travellers. The new collaboration marks a long-term strategy to enhance its guest experience with immersive dining and lifestyle-led hospitality, designed to meet changing expectations around food, luxury and personalised service.

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global boasts a diverse portfolio spanning Michelin-starred fine dining and casual concepts. These include the three-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea and two-starred Le Pressoir D’Argent in Bordeaux, as well as international brands such as Savoy Grill, Lucky Cat, Hell’s Kitchen, Bread Street Kitchen, Street Burger, Fish & Chips and Gordon Ramsay Steak. The partnership paves the way for a selection of these celebrated concepts to be introduced into the London hotel market for the first time.

Gavin Taylor, CEO of Clermont Hotel Group, said: “This partnership represents a significant and exciting step for Clermont Hotel Group with a collaboration that enhances our guest journey with gastronomic experiences that feel both elevated and exclusive. CHG continues to shape the modern definition of hospitality, combining the strength of excellent accommodation with standout tailored experiences. We are confident this long-term partnership will create something truly special for every guest who walks through our doors.”

Andy Wenlock, CEO of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, added: “This partnership marks a powerful full-circle moment for us. While we’ve built extraordinary success on a global stage, our story began here in the UK, and there’s something meaningful about returning to our roots. Collaborating with CHG not only honours where the journey started, but also fuels our commitment to the same ambition, innovation, and excellence that continues to define Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global today.”

The tie-up between CHG and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global marks a significant milestone in merging world-class dining with premium hospitality across the UK. Specific restaurant concepts and locations are set to be unveiled in the coming weeks.
