New appointment signals ambitious expansion plans in commercial property finance for fast-growing lender
Millbrook Business Finance has appointed seasoned industry professional Sally Chesterton as its new Operations Director, in a move that reinforces the firm’s focus on scalable growth, operational excellence, and client experience.
Chesterton, who brings more than 15 years of experience across leading financial institutions including Metro Bank Asset Finance, InterBay Asset Finance, and Shawbrook Bank, joins Millbrook at a pivotal time for the business. Her most recent role was as Sales and Operations Director at Love Finance Limited, where she oversaw a team of 80 staff across sales, administration, and compliance.
In her new position, Chesterton will take responsibility for all internal operations, systems, processes, and delivery functions—ensuring the business is well-positioned for sustained growth and increased market share.
