365 FINANCE SECURES £150M POLLEN STREET FACILITY TO DRIVE SME GROWTH

365 Finance, a leading provider of revenue-based finance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the UK and Ireland, has secured a £150 million debt facility from Pollen Street Capital.
The funding aims to accelerate the company’s expansion and enhance financial support for businesses seeking fast and flexible capital solutions.
The new facility will enable 365 Finance to support over £300 million in annual originations, further strengthening its presence in the SME lending market. This follows a 50% increase in SME funding since 2020 and incorporates a euro line to support Irish businesses.
Since its inception in 2014, London-based 365 Finance has originated over £0.5 billion in advances, offering businesses up to £500,000 within 24 hours of application. The company’s technology-driven approach and commitment to fast, accessible financing have made it a key player in alternative lending.

Warren Abbey, CEO of 365 Finance, emphasised the company’s dedication to empowering SMEs: “Our mission remains clear – to empower as many small businesses as possible by providing flexible, accessible capital through a customer-centric approach. Our growing partnership with Pollen Street enhances our ability to leverage cutting-edge technology and an innovative, highly automated lending platform to deliver on that promise.”
Adam Brown, CFO of 365 Finance, highlighted the importance of Pollen Street’s continued support: “We are delighted to build on our long-standing relationship with Pollen Street who continue to support the journey of 365 Finance. We see the deepening and broadening in our funding capabilities positively impacting UK and Ireland SMEs, as they address cashflow needs.”
Michael Katramados, Partner at Pollen Street, reaffirmed the firm’s commitment to supporting SME financing: “We are pleased to build on our strong relationship with 365 which started in 2018, increasing our facility to support their growth. Through this facility, our financing will continue to support SMEs across the UK and Ireland, helping businesses access flexible and timely capital that meets their needs.”

365 Finance’s continued success was recently recognised with a King’s Award for Enterprise for Innovation in 2024, acknowledging its AI-powered underwriting platform. The company’s ability to combine automation with a personalised approach has set a new standard in customer service within the SME lending sector.
With the new funding in place, 365 Finance is well-positioned to expand its reach and support even more SMEs in navigating their financial challenges. As demand for alternative financing solutions grows, the company remains committed to providing accessible and efficient funding options to businesses across the UK and Ireland.
