RELATIVE INSIGHT ADDS NEW BOARD MEMBERS

Relative Insight, a leading text analysis company, has added new board members Kristin Luck and Richard Thornton.

Luck has joined the Advisory Board and Thornton has joined the company’s Board of Directors. They will both focus on company growth and help scale the business for continued international expansion.

Ben Hookway, CEO of Relative Insight said their growth has recently accelerated suddenly “driven by demand from companies seeking to get more value out of their text data and helped by our recently announced Series A funding.” He added: “We are looking forward to tapping into their expertise as we continue to expand, with a focus on the United States.”

Luck is a technology entrepreneur and is the Founder and Managing Partner of ScaleHouse, a growth advisory firm for technology and services companies in the insights and analytics sector. She will work with the company’s executive team to discover expansion opportunities for Relative Insight’s offerings in the market research and marketing industries.

Luck will also assist in helping to guide the company’s growth strategy in the United States, following the company’s recent investment from YFM.

Thornton, previously part of Cint’s executive team which led the company to a successful IPO, now leads an advisory and services firm working with tech-enabled, high growth companies to help them recognise their potential. He will be focusing on sales efficiency, strategic partnerships and further optimisation of operations.

Relative Insight’s technology assists insights and research professionals, marketers and brand specialists, and human resources departments uncover more value from language data. This data can be collected from online language of any kind. It can include open-end questions in primary research, social media and product reviews, data from insights tools, and any other text assets, with analysis generating audience understanding for company decision making.
