Frazer John Recruitment launched its second office in early April and after just 6 months was forced to upscale to a larger office at the prestigious No.1 Poultry.
The company’s aim to become ‘the best recruitment employer around’ has played an integral part in the impressive growth of its London office, along with the sheer determination of Founder, John Dyson.
Amongst the successful newcomers is Managing Partner, Neil Owen, who boasts 20+ years in the recruitment sector. Along with a carefully handpicked team, Neil has led Frazer John’s journey to the City, ensuring that the company’s outstanding reputation for delivering customer-centric results remains as prominent as ever.
This rapid success has largely been down to the calibre of Frazer John’s London team, which has included the addition of 3 new Partners: Paul Hinds, Julian Lavin and Russell Hughes. The team incorporates a myriad of different skillsets, but one common thread is their enthusiasm and drive to make a success of the, already thriving, start-up. Working alongside the Partners, recruitment expert Faheem Zai and Tom Barker have unleashed a wealth of experience surrounding Business Transformation and Data Science, leading to a number of big wins for this new venture.
Not too far from its previous Moorgate location, Frazer John’s new office is situated at WeWork No.1 Poultry; a prime location for candidates seeking the most desirable roles in the city, and is of course a hotspot for clients looking for outstanding talent.
John Dyson has nurtured the recruitment agency from its Manchester head office, developing all four practices simultaneously. Now, 7 years on, the company plans to launch even more locations in 2019 with unlimited potential for the future.
Frazer John specialises in 4 key practices; Finance, HR, Marketing & Technology with the London office holding a particular expertise in Financial Services, Real Estate and Technology-led disruptives.
John Dyson, Founder of Frazer John said: “I often talk about Frazer John being one ‘big adventure’ and honestly I can’t think of a better way to describe our journey. We have big plans but I want to make sure everyone enjoys the full experience, rather than just looking toward a single end goal.
London was always going to be our next step, and I’m overwhelmed with the success we’ve seen in such a short amount of time. I like to think that staying close to our values plays a huge part; exceeding the expectations of our clients, candidates and each other is a way of life for us.
Neil Owen, Managing Partner added: “I’m extremely lucky to be leading a team of highly experienced recruitment professionals who really do have the DNA for a high performing culture. Opening a new office is always a challenge, and we knew that success would depend on the people we had on-board; so that’s exactly where we focussed our efforts. Now, just 6 months on we have built an incredible team with specialist expertise in the most in-demand skill-sets in London. I personally can’t wait to see what the future holds for FJR London, the potential is huge.”
